As Women’s History Month comes to a close, I’m reminded that leadership isn’t just about the positions we have held, it’s about the paths we open for others.
When a young girl looks up and says she wants to wear the badge one day, it’s more than a dream for her, it’s a reflection of what she believes is possible.
Leadership means paving the way. It means showing the next generation that they belong, that they are capable, and that they matter.
To every woman who has broken barriers, and to every young girl ready to rise: we see you and we believe in you! 💙

Al llegar al final del Mes de la Historia de la Mujer, recuerdo que el liderazgo no se trata solo de los cargos que hemos ocupado, sino de los caminos que abrimos para otras personas.
Cuando una niña levanta la mirada y dice que algún día quiere llevar la placa, eso es más que un sueño para ella; es un reflejo de lo que cree que es posible.
El liderazgo significa abrir camino. Significa mostrarle a la próxima generación que pertenece, que es capaz y que importa.
